Are you thinking of setting up a social enterprise to tackle a social problem, or tacking on a fee-earning component to help fund your existing not-for-profit? Wherever you are in the journey, it's important to understand the legal issues and options available for structuring your social enterprise.

This webinar will equip you with the knowledge and tools to make the best decisions for your social enterprise. You'll learn about ways to maximise profit to achieve your social mission, while streamlining operations and protecting your people.

  • Five issues to consider in structuring a social enterprise 
  • The different legal structures available 
  • Charity status and tax concessions

  • 75 minutes of plain-language training from a lawyer

Staff, committee members and volunteers of not-for-profit organisations who are considering creating or have started to create a social enterprise.
