Template CEO Employment Agreement and Fact Sheet

We have produced a Template Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Employment Agreement and the below accompanying fact sheet explaining important clauses in the Employment Agreement for Local Aboriginal Land Councils (LALCs) in New South Wales to use when recruiting for the position of CEO.

While the template Employment Agreement is a good starting point, it may not suit your LALC’s particular situation. We strongly encourage you to get tailored legal advice from a lawyer before finalising any Employment Agreement (your LALC may be eligible for free legal advice under the LALC Project).

To support you with the use of these documents, including providing your LALC with legal advice (if your LALC is eligible), we ask that you fill in the form below. You will need to fill in this form to access the Template CEO Employment Agreement (full time and part time versions). Once you have completed the form you will be able to download the document.

Make an enquiry

Our lawyers are experts in employment law and not-for-profits. Your LALC may be eligible for our free legal advice service. To find out, please complete the online enquiry form below. Using the online form is the quickest and easiest way for us to deal with your enquiry and means that we can respond to you sooner (usually within 48 business hours) and let you know how we might be able to assist.
