Join the campaign to #fixfundraising

The #fixfundraising campaign is just beginning. We want you, your organisation, your members and your supporters to join us!

Adding your name to the list of people and organisations who want to #fixfundraising by moving an outdated and burdensome fundraising regime to a modern-principles based regulatory regime.

You can choose to make your support public in the form below.  Share this with your networks, and share your story with us, and sign up below.  See other supporters and stories here.

The proposed three simple steps to fundraising reform are:

1. Clarification and minor amendments to the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) to ensure application to fundraising activities is clear and broad

2. Repeal of fragmented state and territory fundraising laws, and

3. Work with regulators and self-regulatory bodies to provide guidance to fundraisers to continue to improve fundraiser conduct.
